Traveling to Alaska—and especially remote Seldovia—is part of the adventure. While that’s what makes it so special, it can also mean plans occasionally change due to weather or travel logistics. For this reason, we strongly encourage guests to consider trip insurance to protect their investment and provide peace of mind.

Our season in Seldovia is short, and cancellations can be difficult to rebook, directly impacting our ability to operate throughout the year.

Deposits and all final payments made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

For reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due 30 days before the arrival date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All payments for reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

That said, we understand that plans can change. When possible, and depending on availability and time of year, we may offer a credit toward a future stay on a case-by-case basis.
